Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at the Lions Manor Nursing Home, Placentia on Monday, March 30th, 2015 Selby Jones, of Blaketown, aged 77 years. Predeceased by son, Paul (2013), parents; Hilda and Herbert Jones, brother, Wilfred, and brother-in-law Howard Lundrigan. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories to celebrate his life with thanksgiving are; his loving and devoted wife of 49 years, Bertha, daughter in-law, Jelah, step grandson, Aryan, sister, Mildred Lundrigan, and sisters in-law, Anges Jones, Daphne (Berkley) Pinsent, and Louise (Albert) Peet, as well as a large number of nephews nieces other relatives and friends. Resting at Warren's Funeral Home, Dildo, with visitation on Wednesday April 1st, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Thursday April 2nd, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, and Friday April 3rd, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. The funeral service will be held from St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Blaketown, on Saturday April 4th, at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at St. Barnabas Anglican Cemetery, Blaketown.
