Christopher Harold Fisher, July 27th 1958- April 2nd, 2015. It is with great sadness in our hearts we bid a final farewell to our superman Christopher Fisher who died after a tragic accident at the age of 56. Chris had a passion for life, his family, the environment, conversation, the outdoors, teaching, and all creatures great and small. Leaving to mourn his soulmate and loving wife of 25 years, Linda Snow; daughters Caitlyn and Christa Fisher, and son Louis O'Keefe. Predeceased by his parents William and Alice Fisher and nephew Corey Ryan. Also mourning and celebrating a life well lived are siblings and spouses Linda (Bill), Eugene (Linda), Ernest (Nancy), Geraldine (Andre), Kenneth (Myrna), and Wallace (Arlene); brother-in-law David (Patti); sister-in-law Catherine (Chris); grandson Grayson; and mother-in-law Grace. Also missing him are his hiking buddies Barry and Patricia, his pets Rocky, Jack, Tyson, Shayla, his family, his friends, and his students. Visitation at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Saturday, April 4th, 2-9 pm and Sunday, April 5th, 10am-9 pm. A Funeral service will be held at St. James United Church, 330 Elizabeth Avenue, on Monday, April 6th at 2:00 p.m. Interment of Ashes to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation can be made to the East Coast Trail Association or a charity of one's choice.
