CAREY, JAMES T.
1938 - 2015
Jim was called home to his Lord on Saturday, April 18, 2015. Jim was born in Whitney Pier, N.S. to the late Mary (Carey) Mombourquette and raised by his grandparents, the late Samuel and Pauline Carey.
Jim is survived by his loving wife Eileen of 37 years (daughter of the late Archie and Dolly Murray), sons Lee and David, daughters Karen Melanson (John), Jennifer, Kimberly Noel (Jordan) and grandchildren, Johnathan, Katie and Danielle Melanson and Sadie and Willow Noel. He is also survived by his brothers, Blaise, Dan and Glen Mombourquette and special Aunt Theresa and an Uncle Michael.
He was predeceased by his son, Robert in addition to his mother.
Cremation has taken place and at Jim’s request, there will be no visitation. There will be a celebration of Jim’s life held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Thursday April 23, 2015 at 10:30 am with Pastor Jonathan Gorham and Pastor Bill Parks officiating.
At Jim’s request, there will be no flowers and donations in his memory can be made to the Moncton Hospital Oncology Center, The Friends of the Moncton Hospital or the charity of your choice.
