LLOYD, F. JEAN
F. Jean Lloyd of Woodstock, NB and formerly of Moncton, NB passed away April 19, 2015 at the Riverside Court Retirement Home, Woodstock, NB. She was the daughter of the late Bertram and R. Elizabeth (McLellan) Cummings. She was born at Canterbury, NB. Jean was the wife of the late Frederic J. Lloyd (March 11, 1987).
She is survived by her children, Stephen (Pamela) Lloyd of Woodstock, NB; Paul (Kim) Lloyd of Calgary, Alberta; Mark (Janet) Lloyd of Riverview, NB.; grandchildren, Stephanie, Graeme, Mark, Gillian, Amanda, Meghan, Jenna, Sarah, Phillip; great-grandchildren, Ryley, Keltyn, Axel, Eira, Greta, Annika, Sasha, Nadia; sisters, Mary Collicott, Esther Porter, Ruth Howland. Brother, Neil Cummings (Freda); nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband Jean was predeceased by her daughter and son-in-law Ruth and William Henderson; sisters, Phyllis Smith, Myrtle Tompkins; brothers, Raymond, Woodrow, Burdette, Ralph, Russell.
Mrs. Lloyd was a former employee of The T. Eaton Co. Ltd., a member of the Highfield Street Baptist Church, member of the Laura Lee Bustin W.M.S., the Young At Heart Group, Moncton’s Christian Women’s Club, the Braesiders, a former member of the Teller Board, former Sunday School Teacher & former member of the hospital visitation committee. She also served her church in various other capacities in past years. She enjoyed gardening, sewing & crafts.
Visitation at The Culberson Funeral Home 188 Connell Street, Woodstock, NB on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Funeral services to be held for Mrs. Jean Lloyd on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. from Ferguson Funeral Chapel 1657 Mountain Rd., Moncton, NB, with Rev. Delbert Bannister officiating. Interment to follow at Fair Haven Cemetery.
