At Clinton View Lodge, Clinton, on Friday, April 17, 2015, of Joan Pidgeon, formerly of New Annan, aged 79 years. Wife of the late Ira K. Pidgeon. Mother of Dennis (Marlene) Pidgeon, Kensington; Lynn (John) Farris, Wilmot Valley; David Pidgeon (Janice Humber), Halifax; Gregory (Pat) Pidgeon, Shediac, NB; Carol (Wayne) Bryan, Kensington; and Susan Pidgeon (Eric Gallant), Kensington. Grandmother of Sherry (Shawn) O'Pray, Eddy Farris, Timmy Pidgeon (Pascale Landry), Chris Pidgeon, Joshua Bryan and Zach Bryan. Sister of Shirley Campbell, Summerside. Also survived by her good friend Thelma (Sunshine) Bryanton. Predeceased by 2 children in infancy, Pamela and Michael, and brother-in-law John (Jack) Campbell. Joan was an avid Bingo player. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Monday, April 27, from 6-9 p.m. and Tuesday morning from 10 a.m. until 10:45 then to St. Mark's Anglican Church, Kensington, for funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment in St. Thomas Anglican Church Cemetery, Spring Brook. If so desired contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association or the Clinton View Lodge Equipment Fund.
