Rymes, Clifford Huestis
The passing of Clifford Huestis Rymes of New Maryland, NB, occurred on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, after a short illness.
Born on June 30, 1948 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Clifford K. and Alice I. (Huestis) Rymes. Cliff spent his career at Canada Post and later the Corp of Commissionaires. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed fishing and hunting whenever he could. Cliff was well loved by his friends and acquaintances, quick to crack a joke and smile; he was a generous giver to local charities, he will be missed.
Cliff is survived by one brother, Gerald E. Rymes of Fredericton, NB.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. There will be no funeral service at Clifford’s request. Interment of ashes will take place in a private ceremony at a later date. His brother wishes to thank the staff of the DECRH-ICU for their exemplary kindness and care of Cliff.
