It is with great sadness that the family of the late Scott Bursey announce his passing at his family residence on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the age of 20 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, parents Gary and Lisa Bursey; sister Nicole (B.J.); grandparents Rita and Gilbert Bursey; aunts and uncles: Todd and Jessie Clarke, Ivan and Paulette McLean, Huey and Marlene Budgell, Trudy Bursey, and Bruce Payne; cousins: Dustin (Lorna), Ian (Niki), Shawn, Jamie, Megan, Jessica, Mathew, and Melanie; as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents Jack and Rosie McLean. Visitation will take place at St. Nicholas Anglican Church in Cox's Cove on Saturday 2-4 & 7-9 P.M. The Funeral Service will take place on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Charlene Lang officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted, or donations may be made to the Mental Health Association or St. Nicholas' Anglican Church Fund.
