HACHÉ, ALICE
1923 - 2015
Alice M. Haché, 91, formerly of McSweeney Avenue, Moncton, passed away on Tuesday May 19, 2015 at Foyer Saint-Antoine. Born December 2, 1923 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late John and Marie (LeBlanc) Richard.
Alice was co-owner of Haché Groceries at the corner of Churchill and Oxford.
She is survived by five daughters: Claudette Gignac (Pierre) and Lucille Arsenault (Roger), both of Dieppe, Gisèle Collette (Edouard) of Ste-Marie, Yolande LeBlanc (Rhéal) and Roberte LeBlanc (Iroi), all of Notre-Dame; five sons: Gilles of Moncton, Roger (Marg) of Toronto, ON, Gilbert of Belleville, ON, Jean (Mona) of Irishtown and Jacques (Cathy) of Dieppe; two sister-in-law, Sr. Lauza Haché, n.d.s.c. and Anita Haché; 24 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was the last survivor of her immediate family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Sylvio (1999) as well as all her sisters and brothers.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Saturday from 10 am until time of departure (10:45). The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Roman Catholic Church, 854 Mountain Road, Moncton on Saturday, May 23 2015 at 11 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe.
