FOWLER, GRANVILLE ROBERT "BOB"
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Granville Robert "Bob" Fowler on May 26, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer in Victoria, BC. Bob was born in Bradford, England on June 7, 1950.
He was predeceased by his parents, William and Florence Broughton.
Bob is survived by his wife, Jamie; his sons, Nathan and Joel (Kelly) and their mother, Beth McBrine and brother, David (Shirley). Also surviving are step-children, Lee (Michelle), Andrew (Courtney) and Sarah (Nick) and grandchildren, Maya, Oz and Bentley. Also sadly missing Bob will be his cross-country travelling companions, Charlie and Mylee.
Bob’s zest for life was contagious. His love of family and friends was sincere and devoted. He will be deeply missed.
At Bob’s request, there will not be a formal service. Interment will follow with family at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, Bob requested donations be made to local SPCA’s.
