It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frank B. Dower announce his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at the age of 84 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories his loving wife of 58 years, Juanita; sons: Daniel (Sandy) and James (Debbie); daughters Cynthia Ostopchuk (John), Janice (Roger Clarke), Judith (Ben); grandchildren: Robin, Richard, Chelsea, Danielle, Lucas, and Alexandra; great-grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Morgan, Alexis, Abel, and Noah; sisters-in-law: Loretta (Dave Gallant), Pauline (Don Allen), Ishbelle (Gilbert LeBlanc), Jude Bale, and Arlene McDonald; brothers-in-law: Michael McDonald (Patricia), James McDonald, Kenneth McDonald (Mary), and Bernard McDonald; as well as a large circle of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents William and Mary, brothers: Jim, Vince, and Harold; sisters: Josephine, Millie, and Rita; mother and father-in-law Margaret and Jim McDonald; and grandson Stephen. Friends may visit Holy Rosary Parish, Pasadena on Thursday 7-9 and Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm, from where the Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Monsignor Edwin Gale officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation.
