Eugene “Gene” Arthur Herle of Moose Jaw and formerly of Marquis, SK, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday, June 6th, 2015 at the age of 79 years. Gene will be lovingly remembered by wife of 54 years, Marilyn; his 5 children: David, Todd, Jackie (Rob) Seitz, Joe (Betty Kettel) and Anita (Murray) Bauck; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and his sister, Elsie (Dick) Thul; as well as numerous other relatives. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 13th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 1064 3rd Ave NW, Moose Jaw, SK. Father Rick Krofchek will be the presiding celebrant and interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery. A Prayer Service will be held on Friday, June 12th, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. We would like to thank the staff of Moose Jaw Home Care and Moose Jaw Union Hospital for the professional and compassionate care shown to Dad and our family.
