Thomas MacLean
Trenton - Thomas Edward MacLean, age 85, of Trenton, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015 in the Aberdeen Hospital.
Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of the late Thomas and Ethel (Crosby) MacLean.
He was employed by Boyd and Garland Construction; a truck driver for MacAulay Shell; Heather Bowling Lanes and Quality Cleaners. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and was an avid kite flyer. He was a member of First United Church, Trenton, and Royal Canadian Legion Br. 34.
He is survived by sons: Lloyd, Trenton; Ralph (Deannie), Trenton; daughter, Marie (Kamil) KaKush, ON; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters: Shirley, BC; Alice, BC; brothers: Robert, BC; Jim (Edna), New Glasgow; former wife, Muriel “Snookie” (Dee) MacLean, Trenton.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Sandra Dee, grandson Jeffery Lloyd MacLean, 4 brothers and a sister.
Visitation 7-9 pm Friday in the R.H. Porter Funeral Home, Trenton.
A private graveside service will be held in the Hillside Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
