Passed away after a short illness surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday June 16, 2015 at the H.S.C. St. John's. Predeceased by his parents Cyril and Lillian Russell; sister Doreen Thompson and brother Bob Russell (Allison); sister in law Shirley Russell; brother in law Art Vatcher (Maxine). Left with fond and loving memories his loving wife Donna (née Vatcher); daughters Denise Tilley (Dion) and Sarah Chard (Dion); precious and beloved grand-daughters Faith Chard and Grace Chard. Sisters Libby Buckle (Jim) Trenton, Ontario and Sandy Abbott (Mike) St. John's . Brothers Doug (Lorraine) and Gerry (Verna) St. John's; Brothers in law Tom Vatcher St. John's; Robin Vatcher (Dianne) Twillingate; Sisters in law June Young (Gerald) Gander; Elsie Pearce (Fred) Twillingate. Also, a large circle of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. Jack resided in Gander NL. with his family for 38 years. Family and friends may pay their respects at Stacey's funeral home Gander NL 10:00am-12:00pm Friday morning, 2:00pm-4:00pm Friday afternoon, and 7:00pm - 9:00pm Friday evening. Service of Christian burial will take place at St. Josephs Parish, 10 Bishop Street Gander NL on Saturday June 20, 2015 at 10:00am.
