Winnifred “Win” Chamberlain beloved wife of the late Austin Chamberlain, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the age of 87 years.

Win was born ins Alsask, Saskatchewan in 1928 to Wilfred and Rachel Walker. She graduated from high school in Saskatoon in 1946 and on October 16, 1954 she married the love of her life Austin (Ozzie) Chamberlain.

Win taught elementary school for thirty one years; and often had students call her years later to tell her what an impact she had made on their lives. She had the ability to make everyone she met feel like they were the most important person in her life.

Over the course of her life Win lived in numerous places including, Paynton , Maidstone, Prince Albert, Tisdale and Cochrane. She took pride in her family, her church and volunteering in the communities she was part of.

She was a brilliant conversationalist and could make friends with everyone. She delighted in the little things and appreciated every moment. She was loved by all who knew her.

Win is survived by her daughters and son-in-laws, Shelly Fullerton of Airdrie, Diane and Kim Hicks of Greensboro, North Carolina and Tim Fullerton also of Airdrie ; her grandchildren, Rachelle, Sarah and Brady Fullerton of Airdrie, Chelsea Hicks of New York, New York and Taylor Hicks of Greensboro, North Carolina . She is also survived by her siblings Eddy (Brent) Logan of Cochrane, Alberta and Joe (Joan) Chamberlain of Brandon, Manitoba.

Win was predeceased by her husband Austin; her parents Wilfred and Rachel Walker; her brother Alex Walker and sister-in-law Lynn Chamberlain.

Memorial Services will be held at Grace Baptist Church (1009 East Lake Blvd., Airdrie, Alberta) on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at a later date in Prince Albert. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
