SNIDER (DeBOW), OLGA
Olga Edna Marie Snider (DeBow) passed away peacefully at the Kiwanis Nursing Home on Monday, July 6, 2015. Olga was a daughter of the late John and Jennie (nee Gray) Tabor and a loving wife to her late husbands Alvin DeBow and Harry Snider.
Olga was a member of the Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Sussex, Royal Canadian Legion Branch #20, Sussex, as well as the Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
Olga is survived by her sons: Frederick (Kathy) DeBow, Rev. Steven (Ruth) Brown, and Donald (Jackie) Snider; eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; as well as many extended family and friends.
Besides her parents and late husbands, Olga was predeceased by her daughter Annie Marie DeBow; sons: Edward DeBow and Harvey Snider; great-grandson Kyle DeBow; sister Marjorie Tabor and her brothers: Ashley and Howard Tabor.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Rd, Sussex, (506) 433-2133, from where visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 8th, 2015 from 4 to 8 pm, with a Legion Tribute to be held at 5:30 pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 9th at 11:00 am at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church with Rev. Steven Brown presiding. Interment will be held in the St. Peter’s Anglican Cemetery.
As per the family’s request, donations to C.N.I.B or Alzheimer’s would be appreciated.
