ATWIN, KASEY MARGARET
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Kasey M. Atwin of Kingsclear First Nation at her home on July 8, 2015. Born in Fredericton, NB on September 10, 1992, she was a daughter of Victor Atwin and the late Priscilla Sacobie.
Kasey recently graduated from NBCC in Marketing and Business Management. She enjoyed playing video games, listening to music and drawing. She loved her cat Fiona and dog Onyx as if they were her children. Kasey had a special bond with each of her nieces and nephews for whom her love was indescribable. She will always be remembered as “Punkin Doodle” to her Papa. Her beautiful smile and laughter will be missed by all of the lives she has touched along the way.
Survived by her father Victor Atwin and mom Debbie Atwin; sister Alana Atwin (Anthony), brother Byron Paul Jr. (Claudine), sister Tawnya Paul (Eddie); sisters Valerie Polchies (Trevor), Lori Polchies, Christel Haley (T.J.); brother Jerry Jellison (Becky); five special nieces and nephews Rylee, Miss Ellie, Aidan “Bun”, Eddie “Little Man” and Tanner “Monk”; Godfather Fred Sabattis; Godmother Kelly Paul; Grandmother Evelyn Sacobie; many special friends who will miss her jokes, laughter kindness and compassion; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Aside from her mother Priscilla she is predeceased by Grandmother Rose Atwin, Grandfather Maurice Sacobie, aunt Darlene Sacobie, uncle Steve Sabattis, great-uncles Ritchie and Pat Polchies and great-aunt Monica Polchies.
Resting at 110 Tomahawk Street, Kingsclear First Nation on Saturday, July 11, 2015 and Sunday, July 12, 2015. A celebration of Kasey’s life will be held on Monday, July 13, 2015 from St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Kingsclear at 11:00 AM with Father’s Ken Weir, Matthew Onwagigbo and Curtis Sappier officiating. Interment in the adjoining cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
