Corbett B. Field, Dartmouth, formerly of Northport, Amherst, and Dartmouth, died, Sunday July 5, 2015 in Halifax.
Born in Advocate Harbour, he was the son of the late Girvan and Glennie Field.
Survived by sons, Brent (Paulette) and Greg (Jeannine); grandsons, Chris, Matthew, Nick, Noah and Mark; sister Laura (Nick); special nephew Geordie (Kim) Field.
Predeceased by his wife, Florence; brothers, Arthur, Earle, Noah, and companion Roma.
Honouring Corbett's wishes, cremation has taken place under the care and guidance of Furlong~Jones Funeral Home, 70 Church Street, Amherst (902-667-8777). There is to be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will take place at Advocate Harbour Cemetery and Cherry Hill Cemetery, Port Hilford, at a later date.
If friends wish, donations may be made to the Advocate Cemetery or Cherry Hill Cemetery, Port Hilford.
