He was wrong about one thing, it wasn't the 5th. Passed away at his home in New Perlican, on Saturday July 11th 2015, Gordon Burrage, age 83 years. Predeceased by parents Alex and Mary Burrage and brother Gus. Remembering him with fond memories his wife of 48 years Georgina, his three girls Shelly (Carson Green), Cathy (Chris Curry) and Jackie. His three grandchildren Trevor and Jonathon Piercey and Heidi Peddle and two step-grandchildren Joshua Green and Madi Curry. His best buddy, brother Alec. Sister-in-law Ruth Powers (Gerald) two brothers-in-law Bill Barnes (Trina) and Graham Bursey (Karen). Also a number of nieces, nephews and friends too numerous to mention. Cremation has taken place. The family will be receiving relatives and friends at St. Augustine's Anglican Church, New Perlican Monday July 13th from 8-10 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at which time the funeral service will take place with inurnment in St. Augustine's Cemetery.
