NORRAD, DOUGLAS
Mr. Douglas Norrad of Sussex passed away peacefully on July 13, 2015 at the age of 97. He was the son of the late Willard and Helen (Sutherland) Norrad and the husband of the late Lenora (Kyle) Norrad.
Doug is survived by his children: Barb Webster, Connie Munson (Brian) and Peter (Tammy); his grandchildren: Becky, Cheryl (Marc), Aaron (Kira) and Brett and Marcus; his great-grandchildren: Nicole, Kaylee, Ben and Alex; his sisters: Zola "Timmy" Price and Judy Huggard; his brothers: Ralph and Donald "Red" (Ida); as well as several nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his daughter, Kathy; his sister, Lona "Teet" Scott; his brothers: Harold, Gordon "Dode", Murray and Richard and by his infant sister, Doris.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held on Friday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8pm. The Royal Canadian Legion Sussex Branch #20 will hold a tribute Friday evening at 5:45. A Celebration of Doug's life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on July 18, 2015 at 2:00 pm.
