EVERETT, JOHN "WILFRED"
The passing of John “Wilfred” Everett of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Monday, July 20, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on July 4, 1949 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Edward and Mary (Currie) Everett.
Wilfred loved fishing and the outdoors; he especially enjoyed watching the solar system. Wilfred was very proud of the improvements he made in the Don Messer homestead in preparation for the Don Messer Centennial Celebration that took place in Harvey. He considered the 100 acre property his little kingdom that became his home through his friendship with owner Jon Pleunis.
Wilfred is survived by his wife, Sharon Rogers; sister, Ann McGarvie (Alwyn) of Lower Queensbury, NB; brother, Richard Everett of California; niece and nephew, Andrea and Ben; aunt and uncle, Kit and Fred Everett.
There will be a celebration of Wilfred’s life at Ann and Alwyn McGarvie’s home, 2107 Route 105, Lower Queensbury, NB on Sunday, July 26, 2015 from 2 to 4 pm.
