Peacefully at "The Edinburgh" retirement home on Tuesday July 21st 2015 age of 84 years Peter W. Hafichuk of Ottawa. Predeceased by his wife Wanda (Wert) Hafichuk and his sister Ann (Hafichuk) Quathamer. Sadly missed and loved by his sister Olga Hnylycia, brother Danny (Pat), sister in laws Jessie Brimmage (Bob), Mavis Wert (Sesel) brother in law Roddie Wert (Grace) as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews. As per his wishes a private family service will be held Saturday, July 25th, 2015 and a memorial in his honour to be held at Dominion Chalmers United Church, Ottawa in the early fall.
