STAPLETON, Michael Vincent – Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on January 30, 2009, age 81 yrs., of Kelligrews. Predeceased by his mother and father Julia and Michael, first wife Theresa (nee Dwyer), brothers Leo, Joseph, Frank, sisters Agnes, Mary, Winnie, Sr. Gregory. Left with fond and loving memories his loving wife Mary (nee Nugent) of 30 years; daughters: Marilyn (Jerry), Karen (Glenn), Ontario; sons: Gerry (Donna), Tony (Pat), Ontario, Keith (Jackie); grandchildren, great-grandchild, sister Helen, sisters-in-law Anita and Betty (Tom), brother-in-law Edward (Agnes), also nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Sunday 10-12 noon, 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass in St. Edwards Church, Kelligrews on Monday, February 2, 2009 at 10 a.m. Interment in the R. C. Cemetery, Kelligrews.
