BEAVERS, MARLENE P. (RECTOR)
(1952-2015)
FORDS MILLS, NB - Marlene Beavers 62, of Fords Mills passed away at her residence on Saturday, August 1, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of Dara Rector and Elaine (Findlay) Rector.
Marlene was employed as a health care worker for Le Havre Communautaire in Richibucto.
Marlene will be sadly missed by her parents, Elaine and Dara Rector of Moncton; one daughter, Jessica Walker of Ford Mills; three sons, James Walker (Willow) of Amherst, NS, Joseph Walker (Vanessa) of Moncton, David Walker of Moncton; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Carol Henderson (Douglas) of Moncton; three brothers, Ken Rector (May) of Fords Mills, Morris Rector of Labrador, NL, Sheldon Rector of Moncton and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one brother, Charles Rector.
As per Marlene's wishes there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A grave side service will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Elmwood Cemetery, 200 Elmwood Drive, Moncton, NB. Arrangements are in care of Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
