The Honourable Kenneth Charles Mackay, QC, BCL, MCL, KCLJ, FSA Scot, retired justice of the Quebec Superior Court

The Honourable Kenneth Charles Mackay: Q.C., B.C.L., M.C.L., K.C.L.J., F.S.A. Scot, retired justice of the Quebec Superior Court, of Glenroy Farm, New London, P.E.I., passed away in Montreal after a brief illness on December 5, 2014.
He was born in Montreal on September 29, 1920, the son of the late Marion Crowell of Halifax and Dr. Frederick H. Mackay, a native of Summerfield.
He is survived by his sons, Dr. Frederick Charles of Saint Eustache and Iain Nicolas (Aki Shimazaki) of Montreal; his daughters, Moragh, Meredith and Victoria; his step brother, Dr. Hugh Brodie; step sister, Heather Hodgson; as well as grandchildren, Hannah and Kaito; and nieces, Leslie and Lindsay Doig; and former spouse, Louise Boucher. He was predeceased by his sister, Nancy Doig.
A graveside service will be held at the South Granville Presbyterian Church Cemetery on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Following the service, a reception will be held at the New London Community Complex, Civic Number 10221 Route 6, New London.
Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to the Mackay Rehabilitation Centre, 3500 Decarie Blvd, Montreal, or the South Granville Presbyterian Church Cemetery Fund.
