Passed peacefully away, at the age of 67, in the presence of his family, on August 7th, 2015, at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John's, NL. Predeceased by his parents, George and Eva, sister, Judy Pieroway, brother, Edward, and parents-in-law Jean and Peter Power. Left to mourn are his loving family: wife, Rosalind (nee Power), daughters: Robbi Anstey (Corey), Renée Hollett (Michael), precious granddaughters: Kennedy Anstey and Lila Hollett, sisters: Betty Breen, Ruth Caines (Tom), Joan Korzenowski (Greg), Debbie Bachly (Brian), brothers: Paul and Tom (Pam), sisters-in-law: Betty Smith, Carol Densmore, Ruby Clements (Jim), Bernadette Haynes, Donna Crickard (Mike), Brenda Hamlyn (Gerald), Yvonne Richards (Jim), Susan Mercer (John), Evelyn Broomfield, brothers-in-law: Kevin Power (Geraldine), Ken Power (Sheila), Peter Power (Pauline), Roy Pieroway and Frank Duke, dear friend, Austin Haynes, and a large network of nieces and nephews in both Broomfield and Power families. Please join in celebrating his life, as he rests at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday, August 8th from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm and Sunday, August 9th from 10-2 pm. Funeral service to be held at Barrett's Chapel on Monday, August 10th at 11 am with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
