Passed peacefully away on August 14, 2015. Predeceased by his one true love, Lucy (Dec. 4, 2010). Left with cherished memories son: David (Marcella) Victoria, B.C; daughter: Renée Osmond, St. John's; brother: Doug Osmond (Phoebe); brother-in-law: Doug Collins (Vera); grandchildren: Shelley Wilkins-Billard (Ed), St. John's, Steve Osmond (Tracey), Calgary, AB, Roger Osmond (Tracy), London, ON; adored great-grandchildren: Matthew, Justin and Michael Billard, Christopher and Jason Osmond, Brooke and Noah Osmond; special friends Carl and Hilda Alcock, Pearl Oakley; and many other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Sunday, August 16, from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held at the Salvation Army St. John's Citadel Corps, Adams Avenue, on Monday, August 17 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Blackmarsh Road.
