Frank John Burton
Frank J. Burton, 70, of Inverness, NS, and formerly of Moncton passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday, August 20, 2015. Born in Inverness, he was the son of the late Ernest and Florence (Shaw) Burton.
Frank was a retired Fork Lift Operator with Springwall Bedding with over 35 years’ service. He loved old movies, anything to do with cars and also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Frank will be sadly missed by his daughter, Karen Goddard (Shawn) of Oakville, ON; grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Brianna; sisters, Linda Macquarrie (Allan) and Eva Horne; brother, Russ Burton (Bell). In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Eleanor Burton (2002); brothers, Herbert and Arthur Burton.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Monday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A Service to celebrate Frank’s life will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 10:30 am with Rev. Harold MacDonald officiating .Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment will be held in Elmwood Cemetery.
