Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Friday, August 21, 2015. Hazel McCrindle (nee Rees) aged 89 years. Predeceased by son: Leonard and daughter: Doris Kennedy. Leaving to mourn her sons: Andrew, Kenneth (Patricia), Thomas (Anne), James (Yvonne), and John (Jenny); daughters: Margaret, Mary (Daniel), and Irene (Darrell); very special granddaughters: Anna (Charlie) and Diana (Neil), and grandson: Mark (Cara), many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, her remaining brothers and sisters, as well as many other family and friends. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. Funeral service for family and friends will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home Chapel, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 2 pm.
