Our hearts are deeply saddened and the world is a little less brighter by the sudden death of Geri Dobbin. Geri passed away from a Pulmonary embolism of the lung, at her home in Whitbourne on August 24. Predeceased by parents Frank and Carmel Dodd, grandparents George and Isabelle Dodd and brother George. Leaving to mourn; son Paul (Elizabeth), daughter Denise, and their father Andy. Nadira (Lorne), five precious grandchildren; Tiffany, Madisyn, Jillian, Abbey and Alexandria. Sisters; Isabelle, Ada, Francy (Bub), Ruth (Bob), Jean, Roslyn (Clay), brother Terry (Elaine). Also many nieces, nephews and other family members and many friends. Resting at Holloway's Funeral Home, Whitbourne. Visitation (Family) Friday, August 28 from 7:00-9:00 pm. Public visitation August 29, 1:00-4:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church on Sunday, August 30 at 3:00 pm. Cremation to follow with inurment at a later date.
