Paul Joseph Comeau, “Comeau”, age 73 of Lower Sackville, Died Peacefully on Aug. 27th 2015 with his Family and loving Wife by his side.
Born on Jan. 20th 1942, in Digby N.S, He was predeceased by his Parents Stella (Boudreau) and Patrick Comeau. He is survived by his wife Josephine (Sis) Comeau, and his Children Forbes Harding (Maureen), Mary Ruth Chan (Gervase) and Grandchildren Mendara Chan, Mitchell Chan (Beverley), Amber Dawn Harding, Christopher Harding. His Brothers Louis Comeau (Joyce), Leo Comeau (Theresa), and Sister Clara Melanson (Eddie).
He spent the majority of his life in the hospitality and food service industry, managing hotels for over 40 years. Most notably Holiday Inn Sydney and Moncton. He was past President and member of countless organizations and the recipient of many awards during his career. He also volunteered for many charitable organizations. The food bank was one that was close to his heart. In Lieu of Flowers please donate to your local Food Bank. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and many business associates.
Cremation has taken place at his request. Visitation will be held at Atlantic Funeral Home 125 Sackville Drive Lower Sackville on Monday Aug. 31 from 6 to 8pm. Funeral service will be Tuesday Sept. 1st at 10am at Atlantic Funeral Home. Reception to follow in the funeral home reception lounge. Burial in Oakridge Memory Garden, Middle Sackville.
