It is with great sadness that the family of Patrick Genneaux of Port Saunders announces his passing at Rufus Guinchard Health at the age of 76 years. He leaves to mourn his common-law spouse Eliza Tatchell; brothers Frank (Eileen) Genneaux, Vincent (Olive) Genneaux, Norbett (Lorne) Genneaux, and Ben (Audrey) Lavers; sisters Julie (Kevin) Kennedy, Agnes (Bud) Gaslard, and Gertrude (Melvin) Eastman; sister-in-law Jenny Hinks, and a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends. He is predeceased by his common-law spouse Peggy House, parents Frank Genneaux and Lucy Gaulton, brothers Edgar Genneaux, Stanley Genneaux and Charles Genneaux, sisters Susan Genneaux and Theresa Lavers. Patrick was cremated as were his wishes and a memorial service was held at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Port Saunders on Saturday, Aug. 29 at 11:00 a.m. Interment followed at the Interfaith Cemetery in Sandy Cove with Father Raj officiating.
