Ronald Fraser
Ronald Murdock Fraser age 89 of New Glasgow passed away September 13, 2015 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in Thorburn he was a son of the late Peter Joseph and Grace Bell (MacDonald) Fraser.
Ronald worked at Hawker Siddley for 30 years, 26 years chasing the crane without incident for which he received an award.
Ronald was a guest of High Crest Place, New Glasgow.
He was a devoted member of the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall, Westville.
He was always eager to help those who needed it and will be sincerely missed.
Ronald believed in the hope offered in the Bible and we will look forward to seeing Ronald in that earthly paradise.
He is survived by sons Larry Fraser and Paul Fraser and their mother Betty, a sister Grace Bryant of Milton Ontario, as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife Barbara (Worth) Fraser, sisters Annie Stratford, May McDougall, Lena Smith, and Jessie St. Clair; brothers Bert, Melvin, Henry and Clarence.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall at 1:30 pm on Wednesday with Mr. Rex Watson officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow.
