It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Theresa Marie Burns at home on Sept. 17, 2015.
Born in New Waterford, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Helen Burns.
Theresa loved her family, especially her mother, her son and her dog Maggie.
She is survived by her son, Shawn Christopher (Shannon), Alberta; grandchildren, RaShawn and Kingston, and by her partner of 10 years, Gerard Perfect.
There will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place under the direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, 380 Smith St., New Waterford.
