At Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Tuesday, September 22, 2015, surrounded by his family, of Paul Augustine O'Connor of Fortune Cove, aged 59, beloved husband of Joyce (Milligan). Born on June 7, 1956 in Summerside, son of the late Reginald and Stella (Handrahan) O'Connor. Paul will be missed by his stepson Daryl (Tara Tobin), Hammonds Plains, N.S.; mother-in-law Velda Milligan (Late Wyman Milligan) and by his special puppy friend "Sheba". He is also survived by brothers and sisters Brenda (Gary) MacAulay, West Porter's Lake, N.S.; Gail (Donnie) McNeill, Richmond; Marilyn (Jack) Thomas, Schurman's Point; Brian (Nancy) O'Connor, Borden-Carleton; and Rob (Tracey) O'Connor, Cornwall; and brothers and sisters in law Pat (Bill) Pegg, Summerside; Philip (Frances) Milligan, St. Peters Bay; Susan (Donnie) Adams, Elmsdale; Donna (Lonnie) MacIsaac, O'Leary; Daryl (Michelle) Milligan, Northport; Dennis (Karen), Milligan, Northport and Irene (Glenn) Coughlin, Knutsford as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents, father in law Wyman Milligan, step daughter Nicole Robertson, nephew Matthew MacIsaac and great nephew Nathan Chaisson. Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary with visiting hours on Thursday September 24 from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday September 25 at 11:00a.m. in the Chapel.
