Passed peacefully on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at the Health Science Centre, Paul Mario Furlong of St. John's, age 65 years. Predeceased by his parents John and Winifred Furlong and sister Madonna Lowe (nee Furlong). Leaving to mourn best friend Julie Pierce and children Sarah and Michael; daughters Melanie (George) and Shannon (Russell); his precious grandchildren; siblings Anita (Fred), Jack (Velda), Loraine (Gord), Catherine Kennedy, Brian (Joan) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Thursday October 1, 2015 from 1-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. from Caul's Chapel. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Special thank you to CCU staff at the Health Science Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the SPCA.
