September 28, 1928 - August 31, 2015
We recently marked the first birthday without our mother. Delphine lived a full and adventurous life. She was known in her younger years for her marksmanship and traveled to the BC interior with her father to hunt and camp. She was an accomplished painter and sculptor, operating art galleries in Vancouver while raising eight children. She also taught ballroom dance in Coquitlam, Sechelt and Penticton. Delphine played violin and piano, loved the colour yellow and was an attentive, proud grandmother. A profound love of life made Delphine a joyful, loving, generous mother and friend who will be missed. No service by her request.
