Jones, Michael Todd
It is with heavy hearts that we, the family, announce the passing of Michael Todd Jones, 57, of Moncton, at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, October 1, 2015. Born in Moncton, he was the son of Edith (Stone) Jones of Moncton and the late Roy E. Jones (1987). Michael was an outdoor enthusiast, who enjoyed fishing, biking and tinkering with and doing small engine repairs. A former security guard, he loved animals and enjoyed spending time with his family.
In addition to his mother, Edith, Michael will be sadly missed by his sisters, Debbie Barr (Gary) and Nancy Mellish (Larry), both of Riverview; brothers, Gregory Jones and Robert Jones (Bev), both of Moncton; nieces, Sarah and Lisa Jones, Becky Mellish; nephews, Matthew Jones and Jonathan Mellish; several extended family members.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. A Service to celebrate Michael’s life will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 11:00 am, with his brother-in-law, Pastor Gary Barr officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment to be held at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
