BRAWN, NORA SAMANTHA
With sad hearts we must announce the passing of our mother, Nora Samantha Brawn, on October 2, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. She was born on May 11, 1934 to the late Clarence and Blanche Boone. Nora was the beloved wife of the late Myron James Brawn.
Mom and Dad had shared 52 wonderful years together.
They are survived by their children, Lucy Boone of Fredericton, NB, and Barry Boone, Henry (Martha) Brawn, Timmy Brawn and Sally Picard, all of Geary, NB. They are also survived by ten grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
Along with her parents and husband, Nora was predeceased by three children, Sarah Jane, Linda and Jack Brawn. She was the last surviving child of Clarence and Blanche. Her siblings, Donald Boone and Julia Harnish, preceded her in death.
There will be no visitation by request of the family. Close friends and family are invited to a private memorial service, followed by a reception, on Friday, October 9, 2015 at 11:00 am in the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Perry Edwards officiating. Interment will take place in the Spurden Carr Cemetery at a later date.
