GERALDINE ENWOOD

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Geraldine Enwood announces her passing at her residence on October 1, 2015 at the age of 65 years. She was predeceased by her parents James Parsons and Jessica Parsons; son Jimmy Enwood; brothers and sisters Leo Parsons, Marjorie Collier, Ada (Harvey) Spencer, Mary (Henry) Ashford; mother and father-in-law Hubert (Susanna) Enwood; sister-in-law Bessie Sampson; brothers-in-law Darcy Hardy, John Shaw, and Harry Chaulk.
She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Harvey of 47 years; daughters Valentina (Terry) Enwood Cape Ray, Corrina (Vernon) Enwood, and Tammy (Todd) Enwood Burnt Islands; step-daughter Audrey (Perry) Keeping Port aux Basques; grandchildren Chantal, Cameron, Emma, and Christopher; brothers and sisters Rodrick (Elsie) Parsons, Sheila Chaulk, Mildred (Ben) Osmond, Ivan (Mildred) Spencer all of Port aux Basques, Lewis (Kathleen) Parsons, Cecil (Dorthy) Parsons Rose Blanche, Carl Parsons Stephenville; aunt Cora Seaward Port aux Basques; brothers and sisters-in-law Goldie Hardy Port aux Basques, Eva (Nobel) Kettle Monton, New Brunswick, Marina Enwood St. Andrews, Phyllis Shaw Faro, Yukon, Deanna Grocher Barrie, Ontario, Bruce (Debbie) Enwood Halifax, Nova Scotia, Hubert (Shelly) Enwood Fort McMurray, Alberta, Audrey (Arthur) Best, Albert (Selina) Enwood Rose Blanche, Charlie Sampson Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia; caregivers Melita Bryan, and Brenda MaClean, plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation took place on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday at the residence of Bruce and Debbie Enwood of Burnt Islands. Funeral services took place on Monday, October 5, 11 a.m. at St. George's Anglican Church with Rev. Maryrose Colbourne officiating. Interment followed at Hillside Haven Cemetery, Isle aux Morts Road.
