EMILY PARSONS
May 27, 1933 – October 5, 2015

Emily Parsons age 82 years, passed peacefully away at Lakeside Homes, Gander in the presence of her devoted family on October 5th, 2015. Predeceased by her loving husband Caleb Parsons; parents Jacob & Charlotte (Matthews) Brown, stepmother Stella (Gibbons) Brown and brother-in-law Henry Brown. Left with fond and loving memories are her sons; Robert (Una), Barry (Joan), Deon (Darlene), daughters; Ruth (Dennis) Brown, Cynthia (Paul Geange) , Patti (Terry) Hunt. Also leaving to mourn are her brothers; Absalom (Olive), Stanley (Trixie), Gerald (Selina), Boyd (Eleanor), Edward (Shirley), sisters; Marina (Kenneth) Beanlands, Pauline Brown, Mooie (Fred) Rideout; grandchildren Amanda, Deanne, Robbie, Graham, Micheal, Matthew, Yvonne, Janette, Serena, Sarah, Andrew, Zachary and 14 great-grandchildren. Emily will also be greatly missed by a special friend Mary Quinton and a large circle of family & friends. A special thank-you to all the staff at Lakeside Homes. Visitations were held at Sincerely Yours Funeral Home on Oct 6-8th, 2015. Funeral Service was conducted by Rev Brian Candow at St. Alban’s Church, Trinity on October 8th, 2015 at 2:00 pm.
