1919 – 2015
Edmond LeBlanc, 96, of Bouctouche passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, October 11, 2015. He was married to the late Aldéa (LeBlanc) LeBlanc (2000). Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late Albert and the late Alvina (Melanson) LeBlanc.
He will be sadly missed by his four sons; Léonard (Maria) of Bouctouche with whom he was residing, Omer (Christine) of Waltham, Mass, Aldéi (Debbie) of South Bridge, Mass, Coral (Nancy) of Pepperell, Mass, one step-daughter; Jeannita Robinson of Fredericton and two step-sons; Guy Boudreau of Pepperell, Mass, Hervé Boudreau (Barbara) of Beamsville, ON, his twelve grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn three sisters; Marie Léger of Shediac, Lina Cormier of Gardner, Mass, Ronalda Saulnier of Grande-Digue, one sister-in-law Anna LeBlanc of Shediac, a family friend Victorine Cormier of Saint-Gregoire and several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by two sisters; Anita and Anna and three brothers; Edouard, Eric and Arthur.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Friday, October 16, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Church, Bouctouche on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 7:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
In Edmond’s memory, donations may be made to the CHU DUMONT Foundation.
