BAUER, JILL MARY
Jill Mary Bauer of Maquapit Lake, NB, gently passed on Tuesday, October 20th, 2015, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton, NB, to join her mom and dad, Jo and Rowan Bauer.
Born in Minto, NB, Jill is survived by her children Kim Blackier (Todd) of Minto, NB, John Vidito of Halifax, NS, and Shane Bauer of Fredericton, NB; sister Bonnie Ford (Jim) of Kingston, ON; brother Kirk Bauer (Karen) of Riverview, NB, and her loving partner Jack Tremblay. She greatly adored her grandchildren, Colton, Brett, Cayden, Alex, Christian and Maria. Jill will also be missed by her fur companions, Cain, Sheena and Salem.
Jill accepted the trials of life with courage, strength, and determination. Her family would like to extend special thanks to Jill’s daily caregivers and to the nursing staff and doctors of the DECH Palliative Care Unit.
In keeping with Jill’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th, 2015, at 11:00 AM at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church in Minto, NB. Interment will follow in Saint Bridget’s Catholic Cemetery in Hardwood Ridge, NB.
