Mary M. Melee, aged 70 years, passed away peacefully at Carpenter Hospice of Burlington, with her sons Steven and Scott by her side. Leaving to mourn, her mother Stella Snow-Kelloway, her three sons; Steven, Scott and his wife Danielle, William Jr. (Billy) and his wife Aleasha, her three grandchildren, Tyler, Justin and Cloe and Cloe's mom Viviana. Her two brothers; Johnny and Gary, her six sisters Roslind (Ros), Susanna (Susan), Carel, Janet, Daphne, and Bernice (Bun) and their significant others along with brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, her many nieces, nephews, cousins and a large number of friends in Ontario and Newfoundland. Predeceased by her husband William H. Melee in 2005, her father Jack Snow, brothers Frank Antle, Henry (Dick), sisters Hilda and Helen. Family and friends are invited to visit at the McKersie-Kocher Funeral Home, 114 Main St. Milton, ON. 905-878-4452 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. Vigil Prayers will be prayed at the funeral home on Wednesday at 8:30 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Catholic Church 139 Martin St., Milton on Thursday October 29, 2015 at 10 am. Interment of the ashes will be Friday, in a private gathering for family, at Milton Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Carpenter Hospice of Burlington, would be appreciated. Memories of her smile, laughter, generosity and kind spirit will be forever cherished by all those who knew and loved her.
