Passed peacefully away at the St. Clares Hospital on October 25, 2015, surrounded by a circle of love Dorothy M. Baldwin of Markland, age 82 years. Predeceased by the love of her life, her husband, William Baldwin, her first born child, Albert Baldwin, her son-in-law Phonse Didham, her granddaughter Krista Baldwin along with her parents Joseph and Isabelle Mercer, her brothers; Aiden, Eric and his wife Betty, sisters: Beulah Worthman, Jean Antle and Edith Williams. Also in the Baldwin family she is predeceased by; parents-in-law Joseph and Jane, brothers-in-laws; Albert, Jack, Bert and wife Melina, sister-in-law Venita Anthony and husband, George. Leaving to mourn with cherished memories that will never fade her two sons; Bill (Donna), Don (Verna) her five daughters; Linda Hoskins (Larry) Yvonne Mercer (Randy) Betty Didham (Junior Piercey) Brenda Moore (Tony) and Kelly Lundrigan (Dennis), along with her ten grandchildren whom she adored; Shawn (Angie), Jaime (Mike), Stephanie (Tyrone), Joanne (Justin), Mark (Jill), Natasha, Kerri (Stephen), Kim (Brian), Andy (Jessica), Nikki (Garreth). As well as her eight great-grandchildren who were the shining stars in her life: Toni, Cole, Tegan, Avery, Reed, Rohen, Rylin and Emma. She also leaves to mourn five brothers; Kevin (Goldie) Selby (Irene), Aaron (Linda), Aubrey (Ruby), Howard (Cherry), three sisters; Shirley (Jim), Muriel (Howard) and Sheila (Maurice), brother-in-laws; Ralph, Skip and Ern, sisters-in-law; Sylvia and Kathleen and her close friend and special sister-in-law: Julia Baldwin. In recent months she had two homecare workers, Linda and Theresa who were special to her, also a large circle of nieses, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Holloway's Funeral Home, Whitbourne. Visitation: Monday 7-9 pm, Tuesday 10 am - 9 pm, Wednesday 10 am - 12 pm. Funeral will take place on Wednesday, October 28 at 2 pm from Trinity United Church, Blaketown. Internment at the United Cemetery, Markland. Flowers gratefully accepted or donation in her memory may be made to Ronald McDonald House.
