GOGUEN, MARLENE
1947 - 2015
Marlene Goguen, 68, of Moncton, passed away following a courageous battle with cancer on Monday October 26, 2015 at the Moncton Hospital. Born on May 17, 1947 in Little Shemogue, she was the daughter of the late William and Betty (Burniston) Duguay.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Raymond; one daughter, Monique Wood (Dean) of Riverview; one son, Michael “Mike” of Notre-Dame; three grandchildren: Kristie (Jonathan), Kerri (Nick) and Brett; one great-grandson, Hunter; one brother, Michael Duguay of Moncton; several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one great-grandchild, Landon.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude towards Pat, Nancy and Georgina for their kindness, support and friendship, and to Dr. Manon Belliveau for her compassion and care, provided to Marlene.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Roman Catholic Church, 858 Mountain Road, Moncton on Friday October 30, 2015 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe.
