Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, November 7, 2015, the death occurred of Lillian Elizabeth Parkman (nee Pineau) of Charlottetown, age 82 years. She was a daughter of the late Bruno and Catherine (nee Gauthier) Pineau.
Lillian is survived by her beloved husband, Ralph; children, Lowell (Mary) and Lorna; grandchildren, Michael and Katie Parkman; sister, Marie Doiron; sisters-in-law, Gloria and Pauline Pineau; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by brothers, Melvin, Joe, Arthur "Art" and Cyril Pineau and her sisters, Lucy Murray, Olive Blanchard, Amelia Gauthier, Edith Gallant and Faustina Logan.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Wednesday, then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 2 p.m. Interment will take place in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
