1949-2015
Mrs. Catherine "Cathy" Janet Daigle, widow of the late Peter J. Daigle, of Sweeney Lane, and formerly of the Bathurst Highway, passed away at her residence on Saturday, November 14, 2015, at the age of 66, following a brief illness. Born in Chatham, on July 13, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Dorothy G. (Callow) Lynch. She was a homemaker and attended St. Samuels Roman Catholic Church, Miramichi. Cathy was a talented and very gifted artist.
She is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Daigle (Terry Doherty) of Glasgow, Scotland; one son, James Daigle (Tamara), of Alberta; one sister, Joanie Clancy, of Kelowna, B.C.; three brothers, Clem Lynch (Margaret), of Miramichi, Peter Lynch (Diane), of Lundar, Manitoba and Michael Lynch (Marjorie), of Miramichi; six grandchildren, Kieran, Brooke, Anna Marie, Ashleigh, Abby, Allie; six nieces, Judy, Debbie, Megan, Kaitlyn, Erin, Jordhan; four nephews, Michael, Shaun, Dylan, Deryk. She was predeceased by her parents.
At her request, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. The public are invited to attend a memorial Mass to be held from Adams Funeral Home Chapel, on Friday, November 20, 2015, at 11 am, conducted by Father Leon Creamer. Interment will be in Miramichi, N.B.
