Gregory Bernard McKinnon died peacefully at Afton Park Place in Sarnia on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015 surrounded by his family. Beloved and cherished husband of 62 years to Laura McKinnon.
He will be deeply missed by his children, Marie (Richard) Jones, Corienne (Jim) Harvey, Gregory Jr. (Lauriegay) McKinnon, Laura (Mark) Lajoie and Karen (Mike) O’Hanley. Cherished Papa to his 14 grandchildren, their spouses and 11 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by his brothers John and Michael, and his dearest sister Loreen McKenzie. Gregory will be fondly remembered by his dear friends Jerome and Dot MacDonald his nephew Jim Burke.
Predeceased by his parents Michael and Hilda McKinnon, his brother Robert, and his sister’s Marie and Helene.
The constant love and support Dad showed his family and friends will forever be a source of strength for us to draw on. We are eternally grateful for the time we had with him.
