LUTES, FRANCES MARIE
Frances Lutes passed away peacefully with family at her side on Sunday, November 29 at the Dr. Chalmers Regional Hospital after a fall. She was born in Fredericton on January 19, 1925 a daughter of the late John and Victoria (Gregory) Lenihan.
She was predeceased by her husband Ron; siblings and their spouses Dorothy (Gerald), Norah (Bill), Vivian (Ivan), Audrey (Joe); sister-in-law Mim (Laurie) and brothers-in-law Ray (Gladys) and Ralph.
Fran is survived by her partner Carl Caverhill (Diane, Debbie, Carla); her children Michael (Marg), Carol (Lorrie), Wendy, Debbie and Gail; brother-in-law Richard; sister-in-law Nancy; much loved grandchildren Christopher, Catherine, Allison (Darren), Peter (Lucie), Ashley, Justin, Brechen, Haley and Abby; great grandchildren Dax, Ty and Neve; as well as several nieces and nephews; special thanks to Karen and Celine.
Fran as everyone knows was very independent and loved life. Everyday she had to have a “Purpose”; looking after her family, playing bridge, bowling and did she love to bargain shop. She was full of life and loved a good joke.
Her family has always been in awe of her and her strengths and will dearly miss her. She was an inspiration and believed that life was to be experienced and enjoyed.
Although there will be no visitation, a celebration of Fran’s life will be held at Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, NB on Thursday December 3, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Dr. Ross Hebb officiating. Interment will be held at a later date. A reception will follow at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donation’s in Fran’s memory may be made to the SPCA or Canadian Cancer Society.
