Peacefully with her family by her side at the Garden Home on Saturday, December 5, 2015 of Catherine “Kay” Irving of Charlottetown, age 87 years.
Loving wife and soulmate of Basil for 64 years. Dear mother of Brenda Ann (Larry) Butler, Donalda (Mike) Clow, Cathie (Lowell) Bernard and Nathalie (Daniel Steele). Cherished Nanna to grandchildren Erin, Heidi, Ian, Stephen; Ryan, Damian; Adam, Chris; Angus and 6 great-grandchildren. Sister of Jessie Dennison, Donalda (Evan) Courtney and Wayne (Lynn) MacKay. Predeceased by her parents William and Christine MacKay, siblings Sterling MacKay, Leona Giddings and Angus MacKay.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Tuesday from Trinity United Church at 10 a.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery.
Family flowers only, however if so desired, memorials to Trinity United Church or the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated.
